Warranty Plus Plan
Need to guarantee superior service from the initial purchase of brand new mission critical equipment? Carlton Care Warranty Plus may be the plan for you. From Day One, it provides greater coverage than OEM warranties and guarantees the level of service you will receive. The Plan includes complete no fault coverage, including accidental breakage and complete staging and deployment of new equipment. Requires a minimum 2-year contract.
Flat Fee Plan
Looking for world-class service without a fixed term? We have designed the Carlton Care Flat Fee service plan just for you. It provides a great pay-as-you-go solution with no contractual commitment. You simply pay an agreed upon flat fee each time you send us your equipment for service. The Flat Fee Plan is an ideal choice for low use and non-mission critical hardware or for when you don’t know how long you will be keeping your equipment.
Want the security of knowing in advance the cost of servicing your equipment for the term of your contract? Don’t need all the coverage offered by Carlton Care Premium? Carlton Care Plus may be the best answer for your organization, particularly if your equipment is less mission critical and/or deployed in a less demanding working environment. Bottom line, the Plus plan includes many of the attractive and valuable features of Premium, but at a lower price.
Need complete no-fault coverage for your mission critical equipment? Want to guarantee one annual repair bill under all circumstances? Carlton Care Premium offers the highest level of coverage and service in the industry, including accidental breakage even for equipment used in rugged environments. This plan also includes an assigned Customer Service Account Manager as your main point of contact. Optional 24-hour technical phone support available.
