A COVID-19 Note from Ryan Bracken, CEO of Carlton Technologies, Inc.
Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer announced a state-wide “stay home, stay safe” executive order, effective at 12:01am on March 24, 2020. Our Holland, Michigan office and technical center is a critical infrastructure business, and will continue to stay open during this period.
All deliveries are currently on schedule, but please note that lead times will likely be impacted in the near future. For information specific to your pending orders and RMAs, please contact us.
In unpredictable times like these, our dedicated team is working hard to ensure that your technology is predictable.
As we continue to remain operational, the health and safety of our employees is paramount, and we are observing the following measures:
- social distancing of at least six feet between all personnel
- protective gloves
- thorough device cleaning at several points during the repair process
- unlimited sick leave for all employees
- work from home procedures in place
We’re committed to adapting to the daily challenges that COVID-19 brings. Most of all, we are committed to helping our employees and customers not just persevere through the coming days, but emerge stronger than ever.
Thank you so much for your continued support.
Stay Safe,
Ryan Bracken | Chief Executive Officer
