Ryan founded Carlton Technologies in 1998 with the vision of creating a service-oriented company built on the value of long-term relationships. Today, he spends much of his time managing the company’s direction, and working to continually improve the world class service our customers have come to expect.
Human Resource Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO
Jan came to Carlton in 2012 with an education in Business Administration and a progressive management career in government and private administration. Jan’s 35+ years of professional experience encompassed contract administration, project management, policy development, finance, HR, office management, and strategic planning. At Carlton, Jan manages the HR Department along with working closely with the CEO on a wide range of Executive Assistant and Office Management responsibilities.
Chief Operating Officer
Mike joined the Carlton team in 2019 and is a graduate of Huntington University. Mike has more than thirty years of experience leading technology organizations, providing thought leadership, and developing IT strategy. He also has extensive experience in leading many diverse areas of technology including application development, implementation, support, and mergers and acquisitions.
Business Development Manager
Eric joined the Carlton team in 2013 as a National Account Executive with a background in inside sales and business development within the hospitality industry. In 2018, Eric accepted a new role as Business Development Manager where he is responsible for creating long-term value for Carlton by exploring new partnerships, markets, and relationships.
Jan joined Carlton in 2019 as the Interim Finance Manager. Jan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Ferris State University and has over 30 years of accounting, financial analysis, and financial management experience. As Finance Manager, Jan supports operations by providing financial reports and analysis and oversees payroll, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, general ledger, monthly financial reports and banking. Jan also works with Carlton customers on receiving payments and establishing credit.
Customer Service Manager
David joined Carlton in 2009 bringing with him over 10 years of experience in customer service-related fields. His responsibilities also include account management and assuring that customers receive the complete Carlton experience every day, leading to mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
Joe joined the Carlton team in 2018, and is a graduate of Illinois State University. Joe has more than seven years experience developing robust digital marketing strategies, producing rich and informative content, and building out lead generation initiatives in both agency and internal marketing teams in consumer electronics, home improvement, and B2B technology.
