Ryan Bracken

Founder, Vice President and Head of Services

Ryan founded Carlton Technologies in 1998 with the vision of creating a service-oriented company built on the value of long-term relationships.

Now, as Vice President and Head of Services at Barcodes, Inc., Ryan continues to improve the world class service our customers have come to expect.

Scott Perham

Operations Manager

As a Purchasing Agent in 2017, Scott made a quick impression with his supply chain management background and degree in Business Administration (Grand Valley State University). In 2019, Scott was promoted to Purchasing Manager, and shortly thereafter promoted to Operations Manager, overseeing the Operations, Purchasing, and Technical teams.

Karen Scudder, CPA

Controller

Karen joined the Carlton team in 2019, and has her Masters in Accounting from Grand Valley State University. Karen earned her Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license in 2012. She has experience in developing and leading diverse accounting teams. Karen is responsible for all things Accounting and Finance within Carlton Technologies’ operations.

Darla Klaasse

Customer Service Lead

Darla joined Carlton in 2016 as a Customer Service Representative with more than 30 years of customer service and office management experience. In 2019, Darla accepted a new role as Customer Service Lead. She works closely with all departments to make sure that our customers have a wonderful experience with Carlton.

Joe Haggenjos

Marketing Manager

Joe joined Carlton in 2018 with an extensive background in both in-house and agency marketing. Joe oversees Carlton’s marketing strategy, implementation, and brand communications. While revenue, sales enablement, and lead generation are always on his mind, his aim is to inform and entertain IT audiences with fresh content and ideas.

Eric Javor

Business Development Manager

Since 2013, Eric’s primary role has been as a National Account Executive. With an inside sales and business development background in the hospitality industry, Eric continues to lead to new partnerships at Carlton. He accepted a new role as Business Development Manager in 2018, where he continues to create long-term value for technology leaders.

Joy Webb

Assistant Operations Manager

Joy joined Carlton in 2019 as a Purchasing Agent with a background in operations, marketing, and project management. She successfully took on all the purchasing responsibilities in 2020 and was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager in 2021. Joy oversees the Purchasing team and collaborates daily with all departments.
