Chief Executive Officer
Ryan founded Carlton Technologies in 1998 with the vision of creating a service-oriented company built on the value of long-term relationships. Today, he spends much of his time managing the company’s direction, and working to continually improve the world class service our customers have come to expect.
Culture & Talent Manager
Paula came to Carlton in 2021 as Culture & Talent Manager with an education in Communications as well as in Human Resources Management. Paula has served the past 15+ years within the realm of Human Resources in both Canada and the United States, with encompassed experience in Talent Management, Training & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Engagement, and Benefit Administration. As the Culture & Talent Manager at Carlton, Paula oversees all functions within the Human Resources Department and focuses on establishing and maintaining a work environment that assists in helping everyone contribute and collaborate to their full potential.
Scott joined the Carlton team in 2017 as a Purchasing Agent with a background in Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University. In 2019, Scott was promoted to Purchasing Manager, and shortly thereafter promoted to Operations Manager. Scott oversees Carlton Technologies’ Operations, Purchasing, and Technical teams at our Holland, MI headquarters.
Karen Scudder, CPA
Karen joined the Carlton team in 2019, and has her Masters in Accounting from Grand Valley State University. Karen earned her Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license in 2012. She has experience in developing and leading diverse accounting teams. Karen is responsible for all things Accounting and Finance within Carlton Technologies’ operations.
Customer Service Lead
Darla joined the Carlton team in 2016 as a Customer Service Representative. Darla has more than 30 years of customer service and office management experience in both retail and manufacturing settings. In 2019, Darla accepted a new role as Customer Service Lead. She works closely with all departments to make sure that our customers have a wonderful experience at every milestone in their technology partnership with Carlton.
Business Development Manager
Eric joined the Carlton team in 2013 as a National Account Executive with a background in inside sales and business development within the hospitality industry. In 2018, Eric accepted a new role as Business Development Manager where he is responsible for creating long-term value for Carlton by exploring new partnerships, markets, and relationships.
Joe joined the Carlton team in 2018 with an extensive background in both in-house and agency marketing roles. Joe oversees Carlton’s marketing strategy, implementation, and analysis, with a large emphasis on lead generation and sales enablement. Other key responsibilities include automation, email marketing, graphic design, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
