Chief Executive Officer
Ryan founded Carlton Technologies in 1998 with the vision of creating a service-oriented company built on the value of long-term relationships. Today, he spends much of his time managing the company’s direction, and working to continually improve the world class service our customers have come to expect.
Vice President of Strategic Initiatives
Jan came to Carlton in 2012 with an education in Business Administration and a progressive management career in government and private administration. Jan’s 35+ years of professional experience encompassed contract administration, project management, policy development, finance, HR, office management, and strategic planning. At Carlton, Jan is part of Carlton’s executive team and is responsible for developing, communicating, executing and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives along with the management of the Customer Service, Human Resource, and Facilities Management Departments.
Karen Scudder, CPA
Karen joined the Carlton team in 2019, and has her Masters in Accounting from Grand Valley State University. Karen earned her Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license in 2012. She has experience in developing and leading diverse accounting teams. Karen is responsible for all things Accounting and Finance within Carlton Technologies’ operations.
Scott joined the Carlton team in 2017 as a Purchasing Agent with a background Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University. In 2019, Scott accepted a new role as Purchasing Manager where he is responsible for overseeing all things Purchasing and Supply Chain within Carlton Technologies’ operations.
Business Development Manager
Eric joined the Carlton team in 2013 as a National Account Executive with a background in inside sales and business development within the hospitality industry. In 2018, Eric accepted a new role as Business Development Manager where he is responsible for creating long-term value for Carlton by exploring new partnerships, markets, and relationships.
Joe joined the Carlton team in 2018 with an extensive background in both in-house and agency marketing roles. Joe oversees Carlton’s marketing strategy, implementation, and analysis, with a large emphasis on lead generation and sales enablement.
