All of Carlton’s products are completely refurbished and protected by our 90-day warranty from the date of shipment, unless otherwise noted in writing.
All parts, batteries, components, cables and accessories may be of aftermarket origin, and may not be genuine OEM parts. Any equipment purchased from Carlton may be modified from its OEM condition and is warranted solely by Carlton.
Faulty and/or defective equipment will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion and expense of Carlton Technologies, Inc. Please do not ship any faulty product to our warehouse without first contacting our support center to determine the nature of the problem and dispatch replacement equipment. Warranty replacements are generally shipped overnight for arrival at your facility the next morning.
Carlton does not accept returns on any hardware purchases. All hardware sales are final.
Unless otherwise noted, all products will ship from the Continental USA, with all freight charges billed to our account and added to your invoice.
All products remain the property of Carlton Technologies, Inc. until the invoice has been paid in full.
