Depot Maintenance*

Our depot maintenance program is a fast and flexible service plan designed to keep your hardware operational. Simply send in a damaged item for repair, and we’ll have it back in working order in just 5-7 business days. Faster turn around times are available.

Advanced Parts Replacement*

Keep downtimes to a minimum by keeping replacement parts ready-to-go. With advanced parts replacement, spare hardware is stored in a designated inventory so it is available when you need it most. Before returning a damaged item, give us a call or log on to our customer center and we’ll replace it overnight. We’ll then repair the damaged item and return it to your on-demand inventory.

Flat Fee Repair

Know the exact cost of every repair before any repair work is performed. Flat fee repair means you pay a “flat fee” for all repairs performed on a piece of equipment - regardless of what happens to be wrong with it.

Time & Materials Repair

Our time & materials repair option offers the perfect solution for when you’re sure repairs will be fast and easy. With this repair option you pay an hourly rate for work performed, plus a charge for all parts used in the repair.

Site Survey

Go wireless! Our site survey program is designed to help you take data capture wireless by determining the appropriate number of access points to maximize wireless coverage. With this service, we send out an expert technician, survey your site and leave you with a detailed report on the steps necessary to make the transition.

Software Loading/Custom Integration

Get new hardware up, running and integrated in no time at all. Simply send us your new devices. We’ll pre-test them, load and configure the software and deploy them. We also offer the option of installing asset tags, reporting serial numbers and handling DOA warranties with your vendors.
