Ryan Bracken
President
Ryan founded Carlton Technologies in 1998 with the vision of creating a service-oriented company built on the value of long-term relationships.
Today, he spends much of his time managing the company's direction, and working to continually improve the world class service our customers have come to expect. Ryan maintains active relationships with many of his personal long term customers.
Ryan is also a founding partner of our sister company, Infinit Data Solutions, Inc. http://www.infinitdata.com/
Andy Aardappel
Director of Technical Services
Andy joined Carlton more than 7 years ago, bringing with him significant technical experience in POS and Handheld equipment.
Prior to joining Carlton, Andy spent more than 8 years at R2 Corporation in more senior technical positions, including Field Support Technician, Installation Supervisor, Quality Control and IBM Production Supervisor.
Andy’s is responsible for managing all aspects of Technical Operations, including the Logistic Operations, Technical Services and Support and Service.
Dave Wood
Chief Financial Officer
Dave brings Carlton over fifteen years of experience in delivering responsible financial management.
Prior to joining Carlton in 2002, Dave spent six years working as the Chief Financial Officer for another high tech hardware and resale business, and six years in a variety of financial capacities with a technical maintenance company.
Dave’s primary focus with Carlton is maintaining the company’s financial health, analysis and planning, and assuring proper reporting.
Dave holds an MBA in finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
Jennifer Elmer
General Counsel
Jennifer joined Carlton Technologies in March of 2007 as General Counsel. Jennifer manages all legal matters that affect the company, as well as managing outside counsel. Jennifer works to improve and grow Carlton to continue to maintain its status as the world class service organization our customers deserve.Prior to joining Carlton in 2007, Jennifer practiced law as a trial attorney in Dallas, Texas and has more than six years of legal experience. She has worked on transactional, litigation, and client counseling matters.
Jennifer earned her J.D. from the St. Mary’s School of Law and B.S. from Texas A&M University.
Tim Bracken
Senior Account Executive
Tim brings over seven years of account servicing experience to Carlton Technologies. After starting his career as a Recording Engineer in Vancouver B.C., where he focused heavily on customer relations and fulfilling client requests, Tim decided to make the switch to high tech account management.
As one of our team of relationship focused account executives, Tim is responsible for servicing over 200 accounts and for delivering the expert knowledge his clients have come to rely on.
Nick Motsch
Account Executive
Nick joined Carlton in 2003 and brings a wealth of account management experience to his position.
After starting his career with a seven year turn at the Chicago Board of Trade, Nick moved into high tech sales where he spent one year selling computer hardware and one year selling computer software.
As a key member of our account team, Nick provides the expert knowledge our clients need to help them make educated decisions about their auto ID requirements.
Jennifer Collins
Customer Service Representative
Jennifer joined Carlton in 2007 after spending more than 6 years in Administration, Data Entry and Customer Service roles.
Jennifer’s outgoing personality and friendly nature makes her well suited to her role of ensuring that all of Carlton’s customers’ needs are met.
Tom Bowser
Warehouse Manager
Tom joined Carlton in 2007, bringing with him more than 12 years of experience in all facets of distribution and logistics management.
Prior to joining Carlton, Tom’s distribution and logistics expertise was developed in a series of roles, including Distribution Shift Supervisor, Volume Warehouse Supervisor, Shift Supervisor and Distribution Plant Manger.
In Tom’s role as Warehouse Manager, he is responsible for managing the warehouse team, dealing with all vendors, and arranging for the smooth movement of all inbound and outbound traffic.
