Warranty Information

All Carlton products are completely refurbished and protected by our 90-day warranty from the date of shipment, unless otherwise noted in writing.

All parts, batteries, components, cables and accessories may be of aftermarket origin, and may not be genuine OEM parts. Any equipment purchased from Carlton may be modified from its OEM condition and its OEM condition is warranted solely by Carlton.

Faulty and/or defective equipment will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Carlton Technologies Inc. Please do not ship any faulty product to our warehouse without first contacting our Support Center so that we may determine the nature of problem and dispatch replacement equipment. When available, warranty replacements are shipped overnight for arrival at your facility the next morning.

Carlton does not accept returns on any hardware purchases and all hardware sales are final.

Unless otherwise noted all products are shipped from the continental USA, with all freight charges billed to our account added to your invoice.
